Anyone can buy government issued TAX LIEN CERTIFICATES at local county auctions for as little as .00 and they will earn 12% to 24% per year!

If you believe that this is more involved than you’d like to participate in but you like the ideal of investing in tax liens then you should check out a company called Commercial Equity Partners. They professionally invest in tax liens and deeds and allow investor to invest and earn a fixed return without the headache.

As you can see, getting 18% is very rare. And if it does sit at 18 without any bidders, you better know whether there is something wrong with the property – could be swamp land. Yes, you could wind up with the property if you don’t get paid by the prop owner. Not worth the hassles in my opinion.
