March 12, 2010
By derricke

I have been day trading the stock market for many years now. Watch this video and learn from my real time trading strategies. Iuse real time alerts and filter software. I can’t trade without them. Online day trading is a way for me to “make money at home” as a “home business”. I learned to day trade from videos, coaching, and other online courses. Live trading will help you learn more than paper trading. Psychology plays a major role in successful trading.

h t t p : / / a d f . l y / ? i d = 3 9 4 8 8 is a sweet free url shortening service like tinyurl but everytime someone clicks the links then you make a small profit, just by replacing all the links on my reasonably popular blog with shortened urls from adfly I made a profit! oh yeah you need to remove the spaces cos youtube thinks im spamming! this isn’t a get rich quick? scheme but its a way of profiteering!

To day trade, you need to keep a minimum of 25k in your account minimum for stocks, and forex. There are also the comission fees for both sides, which can vary from free for 90 days to 12.99+ per side. All depends on where you want to trade.

Let’s say the put is on a future, and you exercise the put because it’s in the money, at expiry you can choose to only Make Delivery of the underlying physical asset because you were short or selling. Usually the broad majority of futures contracts aren’t physically settled, they’re financially settled.

well if your put option isn’t in the money on expiry, american, asian, or euro you only lose the money you spent as premium on the option… you only take physical delivery on an underlying asset if it is a future or an exotic option/swap that stipulates this somehow. Now, a put option gives you the right not the obligation (if you buy a put) to sell or short the underlying asset.

So you’re saying if I had $25K+ I would be able to say example; buy $20K of stock A and sell stock A with in the same day, and be able to buy $20K worth of stock B and sell in the same day, and same with C, would I be able to do that all in one day without breaking any types of rules? Thanks for the quick reply :)

sorry you cannot go around the PDT rule by just shorting. You need 25k or greater to do many trades a day OR join an LLC capital group or prop firm.

Yessss, someone that replies, alright.. I AM new to doing real trades, but I can read charts like a CHARM, especially for day trading, question though, when buying a stock then selling it you have to wait 3 days until settlement period to end before you can buy with the same cash used for it.. With shorting you do NOT have to wait the 3 day settlement period so you could short your total account value as much as you want in less than 3 days? :) thanks for video

    hey i have a question:
if you buy a put option with a physical delivery and european style, and it isnt below the strike price on the expiry date do you only lose the money which you bought the option with or more money? because that physical delivery thing confuses me
